Best Buy is one of my favorite stores for consumer electronics because of their outstanding service. I have now had two occasions to use their service and both times I have been impressed. They maintain good communication as to status and in one case replaced a three-year-old microwave with a brand new one a couple weeks short of the warranty expiration. As much as any service situation can be pleasant, both have been.
